The Capital Regional District (CRD) has appointed a Scientific and Technical Review Panel to review liquid waste management issues in the core area. Panel members have been selected by the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC). The Panel is independent of the CRD. The Panel canvassed groups and individuals for written technical submissions on management of liquid waste in the CRD.
